Do your makeup colors look exactly like they appear on your website and in your catalog?  

We make every effort to represent our makeup colors accurately. However, there are variations in how colors display on computer monitors and how they look in print, resulting in slight differences from how colors appear in person. Also, skin physiology may influence the way any given shade of makeup will be perceived.

How does the Rewards Program work?     

The Fevour Cosmetics Rewards Program is designed to help you get the most out of your membership. We reward you for doing the things you already do: shopping on fevourcosmetics.com, referring friends to the program or give feedback on samples. My Reward Points have not been added to my account, why not?   

Reward points are added the moment payment is completed. However, sometimes there is a time difference between the confirmation of payment and when the payment is actually processed. Points earned from product reviews and/or surveys and friend referrals will be added to your account in 2 to 3 business days after submission.

What payment methods do you accept?   

Currently, we accept all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® and Paypal accounts.

Do you ship internationally?          

We gladly ship to all countries by USPS (United States Parcel Service). However, if you wish to have your order shipped via UPS, we will honor your preferred shipping method. Due to package weights and destinations, shipping fees may vary. Fevour Cosmetics charges the real cost of shipping. With this in mind, you will receive an email containing any additional costs to ship your order prior to shipping. In addition, please note that we must have your authorization of shipping and handling fees prior to shipping.
