Returns & Shipping
We are excited you have come to our site and want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us! If you are not completely satisfied with a Fevourcosmetics.com purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund. The original email order confirmation, packing slip, and all original packaging materials must be included with your return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return was a result of our error.
- Products must be returned within 10 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Fevourcosmetics.com.
- If we receive your item(s) within 11-15 days of purchase date or if your item(s) were paid with a Fevour Cosmetics Gift Card, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
- Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
FEVOUR Cosmetics.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a flat rate delivery charge of $3.00 for USPS Priority.
Monday – Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday – Friday to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this or on Saturday, your order will be processed the following business day.
Orders received between Monday and Friday 4AM-1PM EST are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of day Monday.
